REQUIREMENTS IN NBI CLEARANCE FOR MARRIED WOMEN

The requirements for the NBI Clearance for married women is the same as the normal application. Before making an NBI Clearance Appointment, you have to make sure all the requirements needed you to have it all if you missed the requirements, and the appointment will automatically cancel and make another appointment schedule again.

Just like the normal application you need to have an NBI Clearance application requirements which are the following.

Requirements are as follow:

• An appointment schedule in any NBI Clearance Branch – meaning to say, you need to register and confirmed in the online registration which branch did you choose to get the NBI Clearance.

• Bring any 2 Valid IDs Accepted in Applying NBI Clearance – Philippine passport is more acceptable if you have.

Additional Requirements for Married Women

• Bring the (MC) Marriage Certificate in (SECPA) Security Paper issued by the (PSA) Philippine Static Authority or (CTC) Certified True Copy of Marriage Certificate issued by the (LCR) Local Civil Registration and duly authenticated by (PSA)
• Old NBI Clearance (if available)

When you have those requirements, Start a registration on the NBI’s website and make a schedule and paid the NBI Clearance application.

CHANGE LAST NAME IN NBI CLEARANCE PROCESS

To Change the Last Name in the NBI Clearance is to process a New Application or New Registration. We can’t consider it as a renewal even if you have the old NBI Clearance and still carries your old Last Name. Renew your old NBI Clearance with the old last name can not be modified. Considered it to apply a Brand New Application and registration in NBI Clearance.

To start the application of NBI Clearance, you must create also a new account on the NBI Clearance website with a new email address. If you asking why you need to create a new email it is because a new account in NBI’s website is already an existing account and can’t be used to register for a new account. So it is better for you to create a new email and use it to register.

Step 1.

To register as New Account (Check the NO) then fill up the box with your information. Make sure to change your old last name with your husband’s Surname.

Step 2.

APPLICATION INFORMATION – After filling up the information above, additional information you need to be filled up again with your personal information.

Step 3.

When you have done an account application, the next will be the scheduling the date and time and you can choose in the calendar and it will show also the amount at select the payment method as shown or like in the below screenshot.

Step 4.

The payment is the last step for online registration and here is the payment option you can select which are the Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bayad Centers, MultiPay, ECPay, 7-Eleven, or Kiosk App. it’s up to you which more convenient and near in your case

Step 5.

After you’ve done on the scheduling and the appointment date arrives, be sure to appear on the date you set on the appointment, and don’t forget to bring all the documents requirements needed.

Step 6.

Photo Capture and Finger Print – Since this is a new application, you need to have a new record in their database with your New Surname and wait until your name call to get your New NBI Clearance with the Surname of your Husband.
