Once you log in to your NBI Clearance Online account, the first thing you should do is check the Transactions tab on the top menu. This is where all your application records are stored, making it easy to keep track of your progress.

When you click the Transactions tab, you’ll be directed to a table that summarizes everything about your application. Here’s what you’ll see:

  1. Reference Number
    • The Reference Number is your unique code generated after submitting your application.
    • Use this to pay through GCash, 7-Eleven, or other payment channels.
    • Pro Tip: Always take a screenshot or write it down to avoid losing it.
  2. Appointment Date
      • This shows the date and time you selected for your NBI appointment.
      • Double-check this information before going to the branch to avoid missed schedules.
      • If you need to reschedule, this is the section you’ll refer to.
  3. Branch
    • The system also lists the NBI branch you selected for your appointment.
    • Make sure it matches your preferred location, since you’ll be required to appear there in person.
  4. Status
    • This is one of the most important parts of the table. It tells you whether your application is:
      • Pending – You submitted your application but haven’t paid yet.
      • Paid – Your payment has been received and confirmed.
      • Processing – Your application is being processed, usually after your appointment.
      • (In some cases, you may also see “For Release” or “Hit” if verification is needed.)
